Received her Bachelor of Laws (Ll.B.) degree from the University of the Philippines in 2006 where she graduated a member of the Honor Society. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2007. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree (Management Engineering) from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2002.

Relevant Experiences

• Currently participating in the planning and development of the WESM Over-the-Counter (OTC) Forwards Market for the auctioning and trading of Forward Contracts under the WESM. Scope of work involves the determination and analysis of specific workable market features taking into consideration existing legal and regulatory frameworks.

• Currently assisting in the drafting of transaction documents in relation to the financing of the peso (local) counterpart for a Technical Consultancy Agreement entered into by a Government-Owned-and-Controlled Corporation.

• Provides advice on the capital structure of special purpose vehicles created under the Special Purpose Asset Vehicle Act ("SPV Act"). Advises in structuring the sales of non-performing assets, including the drafting and negotiation of Loan/Asset Sale and Purchase Agreements, service agreements, and other transaction documents relating thereto, in addition to specific due diligence requirements.

• Provides advice to investors in the Philippine oil and gas industry in relation to regulatory compliance and matters involving corporate, commercial, property, litigation, investments, environmental, tax, labor, and contract law.  Work includes contract review, rendering of advice on possible investment structures and regulatory frameworks in relation to farm-in and other contracts over Philippine petroleum service contracts and the preparation and drafting of due diligence reports.

• Provides advice to corporations registered with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) regarding pre-registration, registration, post-registration and incentive concerns. Scope of work includes facilitation of compliance with PEZA pre-registration conditions, maintenance and submission of PEZA mandated reports and documentation of PEZA related corporate transactions.

• Participated as consultant in the drafting of a report on the legal aspects of financial restructuring of the Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA).

• Acts as assisting Corporate Secretary and General Counsel for different corporations. Work includes incorporation, contract review and drafting of documents for various corporate transactions and corporate filings.

• Provides advice regarding intellectual property law, protection of intellectual property rights, and registration of such rights to clients involved in manufacturing and merchandising.

• Assists various clients in matters relating to corporate restructuring, due diligence and contract drafting in relation to acquisitions and mergers.

• Assists various clients on labor-related issues. Work includes drafting and review of employment contracts and providing advice on employer-employee relations.
