• Involved in litigation work (civil, criminal, appellate, administrative, and inter/intra-corporate litigation), composed mostly of making appearances in court and other administrative tribunals, drafting and review of legal pleadings, developing case theories and strategies and assisting clients in amicably settling disputes.

• Member of the legal team assisting a local generating company. Work includes the review of proposed regulatory issuances of the Energy Regulatory Commission, drafting legal opinions and filing various applications for approval of power supply agreements.

• Assists clients with their various labor and employment issues. Work includes the drafting of legal opinions on labor law and employee relations and representing clients in cases filed with the National Labor Relations Commission.

• Acts as assistant corporate secretary and general counsel to different corporations, stock and non-stock. Work includes contract review, drafting legal opinions and the preparation of documents for filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

• Served as assisting counsel for a company in the business of resolving and collecting upon delinquent loans secured by mortgages and has experience in servicing non-performing loans assigned in accordance with the provisions of the Special Purpose Vehicle Act of 2002.

• Has experience on the process of applying for the approval of a Power Sales Contract with the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC). Work involves the drafting of the application itself, drafting of various pleadings and the presentation of witnesses before the Commission relative to the application for approval of a Power Sales Contract. Has also represented clients in various proceedings filed with the ERC.

• Part of the local legal counsel that assisted in the completion of the purchase of a subsidiary of a global recording company that involves compliance with local transfer of the Philippine entity in compliance with the share purchase agreement. Advise include intellectual property and security issues.

• Assists clients with their intellectual property law concerns and the protection of their intellectual property rights through registration. Handles trademark applications for both individual and corporate clients.
