• Involved in general and appellate litigation work and serves as counsel to various financing institutions and insurance companies in cases before the regular courts, the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court.  Also acts as counsel in family law and insolvency cases.

• Acting as counsel for litigation involving the collection of non-performing loans by one of the biggest special purpose entities established under the Special Purpose Asset Vehicle (SPV) Act.

• Acting as private prosecutor or defense attorney in various criminal cases such as violation of the Philippine E-Commerce Act, P.D. 1689 (Syndicated Estafa), Bouncing Checks Law and R.A. 8353 (Rape), among other offenses.

• Served as counsel to a leading litigation practitioner involving damages for non-completion of a land development project.

• Acted as counsel for a leading Philippine banking institution involving corporate rehabilitation.

• Acted as counsel to one of the biggest mall operators in Asia, a leading multinational bank and a telecoms company, involving deficiency tax assessment cases before the Court of Tax Appeals. 

• Extensively involved in rendering legal advice to various clients on estate planning, settlement of estates, local government taxation issues and PEZA and/or Board of Investments (BOI) incentives.

• Represented clients in various cases before the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC), Construction Industry Arbitration Commission (CIAC), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Bureau of Customs (BoC), and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

• Served as assistant corporate secretary to a leading food chain in the Philippines and currently acting as corporate secretary to a company engaged in the biofuels industry.

• Serves as counsel to a leading BPO company involving corporate, tax and labor matters.
