• Acts as legal counsel assisting the Philippine Electricity Market Corporation (PEMC) in various regulatory and corporate law matters.

• Acts as assisting corporate secretary and general counsel to different corporations, stock and non-stock. Work includes incorporation, contract review and drafting documents for various corporate transactions and corporate filings.

• Provides advice regarding intellectual property law, protection of intellectual property rights, and registration of such rights to clients. Currently handling trademark applications to clients involved in manufacturing and merchandising.

• Acted as assisting counsel for a lender bank in loan syndication for a shopping mall construction project in the Philippines.

• Acted as assisting counsel in the legal documentation of a multi-bank loan restructuring program for a local company.

• Assisted various clients in corporate structuring, due diligence and contract drafting related to acquisitions, joint ventures and mergers.
