Received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2003, and his Bachelor of Arts degree (English) from the University of the Philippines in the year 1998. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2007.
Relevant Experiences

• Currently acting as part of the legal team representing a Philippine private banking institution in cases involving land titling, ejectment proceedings, foreclosure of mortgages, annulment of sale, recovery of property, and other banking related disputes, with representations before the Supreme Court.

• Acting as part of external counsel to the largest multi-national cement manufacturer in the Philippines in the institution and prosecution of civil and criminal actions involving the accounts of its cement and aggregates dealer-clients.

• Acting as counsel for various intra-corporate suits involving shareholders, directors and officers of domestic corporations and rendered legal opinions and advices to clients in relation thereto.

• Currently acting as assisting counsel for a company in the business of resolving and collecting upon delinquent loans secured by mortgages and has experience in servicing non-performing loans assigned in accordance with the provisions of the Special Purpose Vehicle Act of 2002.

• Involved in litigation work (civil, criminal, appellate, administrative, and inter/intra-corporate litigation), composed mostly of making appearances in court and other administrative tribunals, drafting and review of legal pleadings, developing case theories and strategies and assisting clients in amicably settling disputes.

• Acts as assistant corporate secretary and general counsel to different corporations, stock and non-stock. Work includes contract review, drafting legal opinions..
