Received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in 2008 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2009. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree, Major in Public Administration from the University of the Philippines in 2004. She is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and a Trained Arbitrator of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Centre, Inc.

• Involved in litigation work (civil, criminal, appellate, administrative, and inter/intra-corporate litigation), composed mostly of making appearances in court and other administrative tribunals, drafting and review of legal pleadings, developing case theories and strategies and assisting clients in amicably settling disputes.

• Acts as assisting counsel for a pioneering multi-national mortgage servicing platform that combines functional competencies in Mortgage Finance Origination and Credit Underwriting, Loan Servicing, Default Management, Property Management and Secondary Market Development. Scope of work includes drafting and review of legal pleadings and documents relating to petitions for issuance of ex-parte writ of possession and making appearances in court to establish jurisdictional requirements and presentation of evidence in support of the said petition.

• Currently part of the team engaged to act as legal counsel for a major successor generation company in the power generation industry. Scope of work includes drafting and review of pleadings and representation before various government agencies and private entities.

• Currently part of the team engaged to act as legal counsel for a major generation company in relation to its borrowings and securitization transactions with the largest universal bank in the Philippines. Scope of work includes providing legal and practical advice to the client, drafting and review of relevant documents.

• Has experience in corporate housekeeping. Work included contract review, drafting legal opinions, preparation of minutes of meetings, secretary’s certificates and the preparation of documents for filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

• Had participated as external counsel for several corporations. Work included drafting of documents for pre and post-incorporation, dissolution, and mergers.
