Received her Master of Business Administration - Juris Doctor (MBA-JD) dual degree from the De La Salle University-Far Eastern University Consortium in 2008. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2009. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree (Accountancy) from the De La Salle University in 1999. She was admitted to the Philippine Board of Accountancy in 2000.
Relevant Experiences

• Part of the team acting as legal counsel to one of Asia Pacific's leading specialist in corporate recovery in their acquisition of contracts to sell ("CTS") receivables from a Philippine financial company. Work includes review of accounts covered by the CTS, review of sale/assignment documents and assisting client in providing an efficient structure for the acquisition of the CTS.

• Previously worked as a Financial Analyst in various private corporations engaged in retail, investment banking, real estate and securities.

• Currently part of the team conducting a legal due diligence for a local microfinance institution and a foreign financial advisor on a P500 million financing transaction.

• Currently part of the team assisting a business entity under corporate rehabilitation.

• Serves as tax agent for various companies in their application for tax treaty relief, tax-free exchange of assets for shares of stock, and other requests for ruling from the Bureau of Internal Revenue.

• Acts as general counsel to different corporations. Work includes advice on various corporate and tax related issues contract review and drafting of documents for various corporate transactions and corporate filings.

• Provides assistance to clients in advocating their cause consisting of developing case theories and strategies and drafting and review of legal pleadings.
