• Currently assisting a local bioenergy company for the approval of its power supply agreement (PSA) with the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC). Work includes preparation of necessary submissions and annexes, attending pre-filing conferences and coordinating with regulatory agencies.

• Currently assisting a local energy company in the construction of its thermal power plant in the Subic Area. Work includes contract review and negotiation, and coordinating with regulatory agencies.

• Acts as legal counsel and offers effective legal solutions to corporations involved in building, owning and operating of ethanol distilleries and power cogeneration plants.

• Acts as corporate secretary and general counsel to different corporations, stock and non-stock. Work includes incorporation, contract review and drafting documents for various corporate transactions and corporate filings.

• Acted as counsel for an international investment institution in bidding for a block sale of shares of stocks in Manila North Tollways Corporation, the holder of the franchise rights over the Manila North Toll Expressway. Work included conducting a due diligence audit and advising the client on various issues relating to the said toll road.

• Assisted in the due diligence and preparation of reports on non-performing loans and non-performing assets of various banks for the purchase of special purpose vehicles pursuant to the Special Purpose Vehicle Act of 2002.

• Acted as local counsel tasked in handling tax assessment disputes from the level of the Bureau of Internal Revenue level up to the Court of Tax Appeals; providing legal advice to corporations registered with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority regarding pre-registration, registration, post-registration and incentive concerns; providing legal advice to clients on corporate finance and corporate structure; providing legal advice to clients on Labor, Tax and Employment issues and performance of Corporate Secretarial work for various corporations.
