Country’s top conglomerates and world’s best airport operators submit bids for Mactan Airport

All seven pre qualified bidders submitted their respective technical and financial proposals for the Mactan-Cebu International Airport Project on 28 November 2013. The PhP17.5 billion PPP project attracted the country’s top conglomerates and the world’s best airport operators: 1. GMR-Megawide Consortium 2. MPIC-JGS Airport Consortium, which includes Aeroports de Lyon 3. First Philippine Airports Consortium, which includes Malaysia Airports 4. Premier Airport Group, which includes Zurich Airports 5. Filinvest-Changi Airports Consortium 6. San Miguel – Incheon Airports Consortium 7. AAA Airport Partners, which includes ADC & HAS Airports

The DOTC expects to finish the technical evaluation on or before 18 December 2013. The opening of the financial proposals is set on 19 December 2013.
