UPC Renewables, Ayala subsidiary and an Infrastructure Fund invest in JV company for wind power projects

UPC Philippines Wind Holdco B.V., a wholly owned company of UPC Renewables Partners, AC Energy Holdings, Inc., the energy unit of conglomerate Ayala Corporation, and Philippine Investment Alliance for Infrastructure (PINAI) entered into an Investment Framework and Shareholders’ Agreement for the development of wind power projects with a capacity of at least 200-MW in Ilocos Norte, Philippines.
