The Firm’s Immigration Practice Group was created to service the needs of the Firm’s growing roster of international clients. The Group provides advice on citizenship and immigration issues and assists clients in securing different kinds of visas, certificates and permits with the Bureau of Immigration, as well as employment permits from the Department of Labor and Employment.

With the growing number of immigrant Filipinos abroad, the Group provides assistance to Filipinos based overseas in various legal matters before Philippine government agencies, such as: Commission of Filipinos Overseas, Bureau of Immigration, Department of Justice and the Department of Foreign Affairs.

• Assists clients in processing applications for pre-arranged employment visa, provisional permit to work, alien certificate of registration, special return card, temporary visitor's visa, special investor's resident visa and other kinds of visas or permits, for local and multinational clients.

• Processed the application for recognition of Filipino citizenship of several sports personalities in the Philippines.

• Assisted clients in obtaining Philippine passports and documentary requirements from the consular services.

• Represented clients in deportation and other related proceedings before the Bureau of Immigration.

• Represented clients for petitions to secure No Objection Statement from Philippine Government.
